City Clerk
The city clerk keeps minutes for all meetings of the Board of Aldermen. The minutes reflect official actions taken by the Board. In addition, the city clerk’s office maintains all ordinances and laws of the City of Aberdeen and codifies them into a municipal code.
Any interested party wishing to request public records for the City of Aberdeen should complete a “Public Records Request Form” and submit the executed document to the city clerk’s office. Please note there may be a fee for the labor and materials required to complete a public records request.
